Purpose

This page onboards new users by sending invitations with controlled initial access.

Prerequisites

  • Invitee email details must be correct.
  • Target role/access level should be decided before sending.
  • Inviter must have permission to add users.

Field/Status Reference

  • Invitee Email: Destination for the invitation.
  • Role on Invite: Access level applied on acceptance.
  • Invitation Status: Pending, accepted, expired, or revoked.
  • Sent At: Timestamp the invite was issued.
  • Invited By: User who initiated the invite.

Workflow

  1. Enter invitee details.
  2. Choose initial role/access.
  3. Send the invitation.
  4. Monitor invitation status.
  5. Adjust or revoke if details/access were incorrect.
